§ Dr. SHIELSI am afraid I could not give a definite date. I would remind my hon. Friend that it is only a fortnight since this matter was raised, which is not very long for a Government Department to take to deal with such a matter; and, in this case, the position is rather complicated because other Government Departments have to be consulted, so my hon. Friend will understand my feeling unable to give a date.
