HC Deb 22 May 1930 vol 239 c572
53. Sir K. WOOD

asked the Minister of Health whether he is taking any action with regard to the deputation he recently received from the central board of the Co-operative Union, complaining of the prohibition of payment of co-operative dividends on national health insurance prescriptions?

The MINISTER of HEALTH (Mr. Arthur Greenwood)

The deputation to which the right hon. Gentleman refers has not yet been received, but I hope to arrange to see them shortly.

Sir K. WOOD

Will the right hon. Gentleman try on that occasion to clear up all his differences with the Co-operative Union?

Mr. GREENWOOD

I shall be glad if I can have the right hon. Gentleman's help.

Sir K. WOOD

Will the right hon. Gentleman himself help by keeping his pledges on the matter?

Mr. GREENWOOD

Certainly.
