§ Mr. GREENWOODI have no information of the detailed measures taken by local authorities in this matter, but I have every reason to think that they are acting on the recommendations.
§ Mr. SMITHHas the right hon. Gentleman's attention been drawn to the fact that the wording of some specifications follows so closely the description of goods manufactured abroad that, in competing with those goods, home manufacturers have been very greatly prejudiced?
