63. Mr. HARRIS

asked the Minister of Transport whether he has any information as to the organisation of passenger boat service on the rivers. Clyde and Mersey both as to the number of passengers carried and fares charged; and, if so, whether he will supply the particulars?

Mr. HERBERT MORRISON

I am not in possession of the information which the hon. Member desires.

Mr. HARRIS

Will the hon. Gentleman be able to collect the information through the ordinary channels?

Mr. MORRISON

I am not certain, but, if the hon. Member will communicate with me, I will see whether we can get any useful information for him.
