§ 50. Mr. HORE-BELISHAasked the First Lord of the Admiralty how many applications have been received from naval ratings during the past 12 months to serve in the Royal Australian Navy or other Dominion forces; and how many loans and transfers have been effected, respectively?
§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMRecords of the number of applications for transfer or loan are not kept. 215 naval ratings and Royal Marines were lent and 20 transferred to the various Dominion naval forces during the 12 months ending the 2nd May, 1928. I will, with the hon. Member's permission, circulate the particulars in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
