HC Deb 10 July 1928 vol 219 cc2073-183

As amended (in the Standing Committee), considered.

Mr. SPEAKER

With regard to the new Clauses which appear on the Paper, the first one standing in the name of the hon. and gallant Member for Louth (Lieut.-Colonel Heneage)—(Loans for the purpose of promoting pig, calf, and foal clubs)—does not seem to be necessary as a new Clause. The hon. and gallant Member may move it as an Amendment to the Bill later on. As to the next Clause on the Paper, in the name of the hon. Member for Dewsbury (Mr. Riley) and other hon. Members, I should like to hear what the hon. Member has to say about it. I can then judge whether he should move it or not.
