§ Earl WINTERTONCommunications in Afghanistan between Jalalabad and Dakka are reported to have been interrupted as the result of the Shinwari disturbances, but my Noble Friend is not aware that the Government of India have closed the Khyber Pass to traffic coming from Afghanistan.
