§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThe Estimates for 1923, as received from the Colony, showed a balance of £27,634 of revenue over expenditure. After allowing for certain adjustments on examination of the Estimates in the Colonial Office, the expected surplus is somewhat reduced, but it is not likely to fall much below £20,000.
