§ Captain ELLIOTThe reply to the first two parts of the question is in the affirmative. Full information about the Scottish fisheries is published year by year in the Annual Reports of the Fishery Board for Scotland, and in the circumstances my right hon. Friend sees no necessity for a further Report covering the same period.
