§ Mr. TREVELYANI may refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on the 21st February last to the hon. Member for Dewsbury (Mr. Edmund Harvey). The Board's attitude in respect of London has been further explained in official correspondence, a copy of which I will send the hon. Member if he desires.
