asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the general acceptance by the House of Commons of the principle of the Cotton Industry Bill, he will give facilities for its passage through the House?

asked the Prime Minister, in view of Thursday's all-night sitting preventing the presenting of the Cotton Industry Bill and of the importance of this Bill to the cotton industry, if he will arrange to give early facilities for this Bill to be discussed?
