Member for Wrekin on 12th May that Lord Milner and his colleagues can be relied on to formulate their conclusions without any avoidable delay. I have no information lending colour to the suggestion contained in the second part of the question of the hon. and gallant Member for Henley, and the last part therefore does not arise.
