§ Mr. SPEAKERThis House has fixed Wednesday, 2nd April, for a discussion on tariffs on the Motion standing in the name of the hon. Member for Norwich, and it would anticipate that Motion if I were to call upon the hon. Member to move his Amendment to the Address. Therefore I am precluded from calling upon him.
