§ Mr. MOLTENOI beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty a question, of which I have given him private notice: Whether he can see his way to lay on the Table of the House the Admiralty Memorandum as to the cost of shipbuilding, as well as the correspondence with the Admiralty and the First Lord which was read by Mr. Borden in the House of Commons, Ottawa, in the course of the naval debate?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI propose to lay on the Table of the House, as soon as they can be printed, the documents which Mr. Borden communicated to the Dominion House of Commons.
