HALLasked the First Lord of the Admiralty if the battleship "Reshad V.," built in this country to the order of the Turkish Government, is to be taken over by that country; if not, whether the Admiralty proposes to acquire the vessel; and whether, in that event, the ship will take the place of one of the additional slips rendered necessary under the Admiralty programme to meet the increase in the German Navy, or whether it will be regarded as taking the place of one of the Canadian ships?
