§ Mr. LEES SMITHasked the Prime Minister whether, under Section 18 of the Government of Ireland Bill, the Irish Government would have power, by deductions from Grants to defaulting counties 1549 (as the Treasury is entitled to do at present) or otherwise, to recoup itself for any deduction from the transferred sum on account of non-payment of annuities under the Land Purchase Acts?
