Mr. HARCOURTI understand that since the Parliamentary Paper Cd. 4,750 was laid there has been no material change 1034 in the principles of Municipal Taxation in British Columbia, though there have been changes in procedure. I have just received, by last mail, a report on the subject with voluminous enclosures, which I shall be happy to place in the Library.
