The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. McKinnon Wood)We are informed by the Colombian Government that Serrano and Gonzalez were both murdered, although we are not aware of the circumstances in which they met their death. The Colombian Government know nothing respecting the fate of their families.
