§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Mr. Harcourt)It is anticipated that building operations will be commenced in May next, and that the new building will be ready for occupation by Midsummer, 1911. The sanitation of the present post office building has been improved, and is considered to be in a satisfactory condition.
