§ MR. DEPUTY SPEAKERThe provisions of this Bill are practically identical with those of the Access to Mountains Bill which has passed the Second Reading and is now before the Standing Committee. This Bill, therefore, cannot be proceeded with as the House has already given a judgment upon it.
§ Whereupon the order was discharged, and the Bill withdrawn.
