§ Mr. WEDGWOODI beg to ask the-Secretary to the Admiralty whether engineer cadets have opportunities-similar to cadets in the military and medical branches of the naval service to-revisit Greenwich College, or in any way to bring themselves up to date with-modern improvements in their branch of the profession.
§ Mr. EDMUND ROBERTSONEngineer officers who have finished a professional course at Greenwich do not return to that establishment; but opportunities are given them of attending, courses of instruction so as to bring them, up to date with modern improvements in their profession.
