I beg to ask whether the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies has seen the report of the attack made upon him in the Transvaal Parliament by Sir Percy Fitzpatrick, and whether, in view of the great weight which attaches to Sir Percy's words, he will give it the answer which it deserves.
