§ MR. CHURCHILLIt is not yet possible to make any statement as to the negotiations now in progress with the United States Government as to the Newfoundland Fishery. The representations made by Sir Robert Bond will be found in the Blue-book containing the Report of the Proceedings of the Colonial Conference.
