MR. REES

I beg to ask the Under-secretary of State for the Colonies whether, since the meeting of the Colonial and Imperial Conference, a Ministerial Committee has been appointed to consider the proposal of Sir W. Laurier for an all-red steamship line, via Canada, between England and Australia.
