Ordered,—That the Select Committee be re-appointed to inquire into the liabilities to which persons are exposed under the present law as to the Administration of Trusts, and whether any further legislative provision might be made for securing adequate Administration of Trusts without the necessity of subjecting private trustees and executors to the risks which they now run.

The Committee was accordingly nominated of:—Mr. Butcher, Dr. Farquhar-son, Mr. Heneage, Mr. Kimber, Sir George Osborne Morgan, Mr. Arthur O'Connor, Sir Charles Pearson, Sir Henry Roscoe, Mr. Attorney General, Colonel Howard Vincent, and Mr. Warmington.

Ordered—That the Committee have power to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.
