§ MR. SEXTONI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury what is the cause of the prolonged delay in circulating the Loans to Schools and Training Colleges (Ireland) Bill, introduced on the 8th of April, and set down for Second Reading on Monday last?
§ MR. JACKSONThere has been some delay and difficulty in determining the precise form in which the grant should be given. If the hon. Member will put down a question for this day week I think I may be able to answer it.
