HC Deb 28 May 1891 vol 353 cc1197-8
MR. JORDAN

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the authorities at the War Office have deter- mined definitely, as stated in the Fermanagh Reporter of Thursday last, 21st instant, that for the future Enniskillen will not be a head-quarters station?

MR. E. STANHOPE

Yes, Sir; as soon as the necessary barrack accommodation is provided elsewhere.

MR. JORDAN

Now that it is decided to remove head-quarters, will the right hon. Gentleman, with Lord Wolseley and the Military Authorities, consider the propriety of removing the residuum of the military from Enniskillen.

MR. E. STANHOPE

No, Sir.
