TANNERI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether any assistance will be given by the Irish Local Government Board to prevent the overflowing of the River Ross, in the Killavullen district, County Cork, by deepening the river and building up the banks, and thus prevent the dangerous inundations recently there experienced?
