HC Deb 07 May 1891 vol 353 c277
DR. TANNER

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether prisoners who suffer from epilepsy, and whose condition is known to the prison doctor in Clonmel Gaol, are still confined in ordinary cells in that prison?

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

The General Prisons Board report that they have made careful inquiry, and find that there is no ground for the allegation contained in this question.
