HC Deb 05 May 1891 vol 353 cc141-2
MR. CUNINGHAME GRAHAM (Lanark, N.W.)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he can see his way to fix a day for the discussion of the Eight Hours Bill?

MR. W. H. SMITH

If the hon. Gentleman has followed the course of Public Business he will see that it is not in the power of the Government to name a day for the discussion of the Eight Hours Bill.
