MORTONI beg to ask the Postmaster General whether, as a number of newspapers now exceed the four-ounce limit for foreign postage, he can see his way to alter that limit, and place the postage for newspapers for places abroad on the same footing as regards weight as newspapers sent by post in the United Kingdom?
