LABOUCHEREI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has any statistics showing the amount of interest requisite to pay the mortgages existing on Irish agricultural land, the average rate of interest charged for these mortgages, and the amount of the annuities charged on agricultural land in Ireland which are paid by the owners of the land; and, if so, whether he can present this information to the House?
