§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament and, so far as those moneys are 1592 insufficient, out of the Consolidated Fund, of any sums lent by the National Debt Commissioners for the commutation of annuities under "The Light Railways (Ireland) Act, 1889," in pursuance of any Act of the present Session, to amend certain provisions of the Law with respect to money charged on or payable out of the Consolidated Fund, and with respect to Public Accounts.—(Mr. Jackson.)
