HC Deb 27 January 1891 vol 349 cc1156-7
MR. J. MORLEY (Newcastle-upon-Tyne)

Mr. Speaker, may I remind the First Lord of the Treasury that on the first day of the Session he was good enough to promise me a day for raising a discussion on certain matters connected with the administration of the law in Ireland, and may I ask him whether it would be convenient for him to name a day on Thursday?

MR. W. H. SMITH

I hope I may be in a position to give the right hon. Gentleman an answer on Thursday.
