I wish to know when the proposed Commission on Tithe Rent-Charge Redemption will be nominated, the names of the Commissioners, and the terms of Reference? I may remind the right hon. Gentleman that the Bill is to be taken on Monday.
§ MR. W. H. SMITHThe question is not one which refers to the points raised by the Bill. I hope that it will be in the power of my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade to state the terms of the Reference and the names of the Commissioners in a few days.
