THE COMPTROLLER OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Lord ARTHUR HILL) reported Her Majesty's Answer to the humble Address of the 4th December last, as followeth:— Gentlemen of the House of Commons, I have received your Address praying that I will withhold my Consent from that part of the Scheme of the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Commissioners for the administration of the Endowment in Magherafelt, known as Rainey's School, in so far as the proposed composition of the Board of Governors is concerned. I have directed the Address to he submitted to the Lord Lieutenant, with a view to its being acted on in pursuance of the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885, Section 24.
