HC Deb 17 February 1891 vol 350 c846
DR. FARQUHARSON (Aberdeen, W.)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can now name a day to be given for the purpose of debating the Resolution regarding the right of the public to access to uncultivated mountains and moorlands, which stood on the Paper last Tuesday, in the place of that day which the Government took for the purpose of Government business, having regard to the widespread interest felt in that Resolution in Scotland?

MR. W. H. SMITH

I am not able to fix a day for the Debate on the Resolution as to access to mountains.
