DE WORMSTelegrams direct from the West Indies are very costly, and this may probably have been the reason why no accounts of the proceedings at the opening of the Jamaica Exhibition have been given by the Press until yesterday. My hon. Friend will see in the Times of yesterday a full telegram from New York. The more detailed accounts by mail have not yet arrived; but it will be considered, when the Governor's despatch has been received, whether there will be advantage in presenting it to Parliament.
