Committee to consider of authorising the payment, out of moneys to he provided by Parliament, of any salaries, remuneration, and expenses, which may become payable under any Act of the present Session to amend the Procedure in regard to Private Bills relating to Scotland (Queen's Recommendation signified), upon Monday next.—(Mr. Jackson.)
