§ THE FIRST COMMISSIONER OF WORKS (Mr. PLUNKET,) University of DublinThe extension of the Mall to Charing Cross will be proceeded with as soon as the new Admiralty buildings are ready to receive the officials, who now occupy houses which will have to be pulled down in order to continue the line of the Mall.
