I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether there is any objection to lay upon the Table of the House, or to place in the Library, Copies of all Administrative Reports of the Colony of Ceylon for the last five years, together with Mr. Moir's Special Report on the alleged starvation cases, with all the appendices?

Copies, of the Ceylon Administration Reports for the last five years, for which they have been received, 1883–1887, have been placed in the Library of the House, together with three copies of Mr. Moir's. Report, in the form in which it was printed by the Government of Ceylon and forwarded to the Colonial Office.
