I beg to ask the Financial Secretary for War what arrangements, if any, have been made to enable Members of the House to witness the Birthday Parade of the Brigade of Guards on the 21st inst.?

By the courtesy of the Officer in Brigade Waiting Mr. Speaker has received 500 tickets for the use of Members of this House to witness the trooping of the colours by the Brigade of Guards on the 21st inst., and arrangements will be made for allotting them according to the number of Members who express a wish to be present.
