§ COLONEL SANDYSI had intended to ask the Postmaster General whether there would be any objection to grant a separate General Post Office, distinct from the Liverpool Post Office, to the Borough County of Bootle, in Lancashire, which has 54,000 inhabitants at the present time and is increasing; such 267 change of postal arrangements being desired by many persons residing there; but at the request of the right hon. Gentleman I beg to postpone the question until Thursday.
