HC Deb 31 March 1890 vol 343 cc285-6
MR. CALDWELL (Glasgow, St. Rollox)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether it is the case that the fees payable to the Accountant of the Court of Session in respect of the Audit and Supervision of Bankruptcy proceedings are payable in stamps; whether these stamps are procurable only in Edinburgh; and whether, considering the large number of bankruptcy estates in Glasgow and the West of Scotland, he would arrange for the stamps being procurable in the Stamp Office, Glasgow? *ME. JACKSON: Instructions have been given for a. supply of the necessary stamps for denoting these fees to be sent at once to the Stamp Office in Glasgow.
