Gentleman has applied for the Chiltern Hundreds; and, if so, what action, if any, he proposes to take in the matter?

Member for Windsor (Mr. Richardson Gardner) that he is about to resign his seat. I am aware that the constituency at present is, to all intents and purposes, in the midst of an electoral contest. But I may inform the hon. Member that I have not received any application for the Chiltern Hundreds. If I do, it will, of course, be granted.
