I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he is now able to name the day on which the Second Reading of the Tithes Bill will be taken?

The introduction of the Irish Land Bill will precede the Second Reading of the Tithes Bill, and both will be taken before Easter.

said: If we are so fortunate as to get a Vote on Account without discussion the Bills may be on the Paper on Thursday; and the Tithes Bill will be taken at an early hour.
