HC Deb 11 March 1890 vol 342 c502
MR. BAUMANN (Camberwell, Peckham)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can now state when Sir Francis de Winton's Report on Swaziland will be in the hands of Members?

THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Baron H. de WORMS,) Liverpool, East Toxteth

Her Majesty's Government are still in communication with the High Commissioner for South Africa with regard to certain points raised in the Report, and no day can be named for presenting it, but it is hoped that it will be possible to give it to Parliament shortly.
