Lowther) whether the Charity Commissioners will be prepared to send to the Clerks of the Councils of the Counties of Devon and Cornwall a copy of every draft scheme to, be published by the direction of the Commissioners, for the regulation of a charity administered for the benefit of any parish or place within the said counties?
MR. J. W. LOWTHER (Cumberland, Penrith)The Charity Commissioners will comply with the request of any County Council which passes a resolution requesting to be supplied with a copy of every Draft Scheme in that county, published after the date of such resolution.
