Lowther) whether the Charity Commissioners have, since the date of the Report of the Royal Commission on the City Livery Companies, in 1884, dealt with Morell's Charity of the Goldsmiths' Company; and, if so, in what way, both generally and with special reference to 30 acres of land at Barking, part of the corpus of the Charity?
