SUMMERS (Huddersfield)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether his attention has been called to the misdescription of the German Emperor as the Emperor of Germany in the Queen's Speech of the present Session, in the Schedule to the Anglo-German Agreement Confirmation Bill, and in the English version of the Anglo-German Agreement; and whether he will take steps to prevent such misdescription from recurring in English official documents?
